About our privacy policy
MO cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of our informative website(s) and to the platform mijn.moment.online. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 01/06/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires.
This privacy policy describes which data about you is collected by us, what this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us.

General purpose of the processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order that you give us. If we collect and process other personal data (not primarily intended for the service) at a later time - other than at your request - we will explicitly ask you for permission to do so.
Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than necessary for the service as agreed. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us and/or an oath or legal obligation. MO will always agree a processing agreement with sub-processors.
Automatically collected data
The e-mail address that is used to fill in the contact form on the website is only used to answer the message and is not stored by us.
Retention periods
We store your data for as long as you are a customer of ours. This means that we store your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must store invoices with your (personal) data, so we will store this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your customer profile and documents that we have produced in response to your order.
Storage of your data
When personal data is stored outside the domain of MO, MO will ensure that these storage suppliers (hosting parties) are GDPR compliant and, if applicable, we will enter into a processing agreement with these suppliers.

Processing by third parties
When necessary for the execution of the agreement, we may share the data required for the service provision with others. When the other party acts as a processor or subprocessor, there will be a processing agreement between this party and MO.
Complaint about processing
You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you believe that we are processing your personal data incorrectly.

Google Analytics
Cookies from the American company Google are placed via our website, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
